"We want to talk about ascension today. What is ascension? It is a planetary alignment that takes place throughout the universe. As everything grows and always moves there is never a standstill of matter. Ascension is taking place everywhere at any time. You have always been ascending but you live in a time where ascension is now spoken of and accepted by your people. That allows a faster development in ascension. As all galaxies are affected by each other, many are full of excitement as the earth is now ready to move through their ascension process much quicker. The evolving process has begun.
What does it mean for you human beings? We are addressing you to remember who you are, we are here to help you remember, you are not alone. Yet there is the law of free will choice. We will not interfere with your free will and require your permission to be guided by us. So many of you have already awakened and we jump for joy to be of service to you.
So the first step is to ask for your ascension process to begin. You can do this by simply stating it in your mind or by sending a prayer to your god/source:
'Dear [God], please help me in my ascension process. I ask you to help me to let go of my past. I ask you to lift off the weight of my shoulders and to free me of burden. I see the light in me and recognise the divine being that I am. I hand over any concerns, worries and grief from this or any other lifetimes and ask for peace, unconditional love and light in return. I wish to ascend to higher consciousness to bring divine wisdom back to my planet through the divine being that I am. I thank you. Amen.'
Ascension is not necessarily connecting to beings in other dimensions. It simply means to ascend in your consciousness, anchoring the light into your body and bringing down the wisdom and unconditional love of “All That Is” back to your world."

What does love feel like, where does it come from. Love is not even tangible. But love is the most powerful feeling there is. Love is pure. Love resides in your heart. Your heart is the central and most important part of your body. Without love we cannot exist. Love is divine. The divine is you. You are love."
